Delivery Information
Option 1 - Collect from studio/class
Free pick up available from the Bridge Pilates Studio in Balsall Common, Coventry.
Pick this option, and when your order is ready we’ll email you to let you know, and also give you the address.
Option 2 - FREE Delivery
Free delivery to all UK mainland locations.
Option 3 - Non-mainland UK Delivery
We offer free delivery to all of the UK mainland, unfortunately we can’t do this for non-mainland locations. As such there is a fee of £5.00 for all UK non-mainland locations.
Please note: we do not sell to locations outside of the UK
Returns
Your satisfaction is essential. If you are unhappy with any of the products, we will be happy to issue a refund on any unused items so long as you return them at your expense and in a saleable condition (unused with all the packaging intact).
You can make a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items that are exempt from return are any tailor-made goods/t-shirts and personalised gifts
Please email us by using the form below for approval before returning any goods. You will then receive a returns form to include in your package with the return address. It is advisable to get a proof of posting for your return.
Once your package has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however, the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable
