1. Securing your booking

Everyone is welcome regardless of age, gender, or sex. The minimum age of participants is 18 unless accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them. There is no maximum age.
Once you have completed the booking form and we have confirmed a place for you, you must secure that place within 7 days with either full payment or a deposit of £300. Payments can be made by bank transfer and details will be given at the time of booking. After your deposit, two further instalments are required prior to your arrival. We will confirm your payment schedule when you have completed the booking form. Without a booking form and deposit within 7 days your place can be released and offered to someone else. Failure to send all the payments due after the deposit could mean the reservation being cancelled and the deposit retained.
Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start date of the retreat allows for a 50% refund minus the deposit, or you can choose to transfer your booking and payment to another retreat with us if possible.
Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the start date allows for a maximum of 25% of the total cost to be refunded and only considered under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
In the unlikely event that we should cancel the retreat more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation less than that and you will receive a credit towards another retreat with us. We are not able to cover additional travel expenses incurred including airfare and transfers.
No refunds can be made for not completing the retreat.
It is your responsibility to check your reservation and details are correct at the time of booking.

2. Travel Arrangements

All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. Bridge Pilates shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from cancellations in any of the companies you have planned with, or for any mistakes made in your documentation required for travel. Transfers to and from the retreat are not included in the price. Bridge Pilates is not held responsible for flight costs.

3. Travel Insurance

It is your responsibility to have travel and medical insurance. It should cover you for any activity proposed in the retreat that you book as well as cancellation, sickness, losses and all the usual risks. Many policies now cover Covid related protection but please remember to check what’s included. You should bring your policy with you.
We cannot accept liability or pay compensation for participants' medical conditions that may arise prior to and during the retreat, loss of, or damage to personal property or belongings or having to leave the retreat early.
Whilst measures are always taken to ensure the health and safety of our guests, our retreats are set in the countryside, and we cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused by nature or the environment.

4. Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health issues at the time of booking. If a health condition is deemed a contraindication to the Pilates retreat, then we may ask you to consult your GP or other health professional and ask for acceptance from them in writing to take part. Non-disclosure of information could invalidate your insurance and exclusion from the retreat with payments made forfeited.

5. Your Acceptance of risk and release liability
We accept responsibility for making sure the retreats are as described and that the services we provide are of a reasonable standard. We don’t accept liability for cancellations of Pilates classes due to wet weather conditions when outdoors, delays, closure of airports, natural disasters, problems with transport, industrial action, unforeseen circumstances in personal changes out of our control. We are not responsible for any injuries you may incur, and all activities are at your own risk. We are not responsible for any medical conditions that might develop during the retreat. We are not responsible for the behaviour of any individual guest.

6. Legal Disclaimer

We always do our best to maintain your safety and well being but you will be required to acknowledge that Bridge Pilates and their service providers cannot be held responsible and that you agree to indemnify the service provider and Bridge Pilates from any claims made by you and that you confirm and accept that you are taking part in the Pilates Retreat at your own risk and that you are responsible for any incidents arising during your stay outside our reasonable control.

7. Images and Recordings

Photographs or video recordings taken by us may be used in future promotions and on social media for the purpose of marketing. Any written feedback and reviews would be welcomed and used for promotional purposes.




Cancellation policy
Cancellation of your trip for whatever reason, must be notified in writing/email to [email protected]. Whilst we will of course treat all cancellations sympathetically spaces are limited, and the following applies:
Deposits are non-refundable
For cancellations made up to 6 weeks before departure 50% of the total cost can be refunded or you can choose to transfer your booking and payment onto another retreat if possible.
Thereafter refunds (up to a maximum of 25% of the total cost) will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
The cost of your flight ticket is your responsibility.
You must take out your own travel insurance. We highly recommend that you take out insurance for unforeseen circumstances and cancellation.
