The Pilates head pad, (or sometimes called a Pilates head cushion) is excellent for use under the head to provide correct head and neck alignment.
The Pilates head cushion is also good under the knees or hands and under the lower back to release the hip flexors and maintain a neutral spine, and also suitable for yoga.
Our head cushion is manufactured in soft durable foam.

Comes complete with a 100% cotton washable cover.
